Something good for England after Brexit?

I have a good idea after Brexit why don't we stop European players playing in the English Premier Football League. That way we may be able to develop some good players to play for England. After last night's pathetic performance against German's reserves. Shocking!
Let me know if you agree.

  1. I missed the game but never have high expectations of England performance. Seems we peaked in '66 and the crazy big business professionalisation of the game has continued to erode true national team heart and passion. Don't get me started on school playing fields either! Brexit or otherwise, can't see things changing any time soon. Bah, humbug.

I have said for years that the only way to build up a good England squad would be to have a similar rule as in cycling. The team has to contain 70% of Uk born players. In this way you build up future home grown stars.
